Started this book with great enthusiasm, after a coule of chapters I got bored with it. I kept trying to tell myself I was great but it didn't work. Some of the theories are familiar. maybe I'll give another go if I have a spare moment.

I have read all these ideas in Jack Canfield's The Success Principles. This author used his own words and repeated everything in Jack Canfield's The Success Principles
If you are looking for something really practical then do read Jack Canfield's The Success Principles

Paul Mckenna has provided in this book a valuable tool for everyday living. I have found the exercises useful, and user friendly, creating an awareness that no book is going to change your life, but taking the tools Mckenna provides within the book, and consistently practicing them, is a solid foundation to changing your thinking, and a new way forward!
I havent used hypnotherapy before, but found the cd to be a great relaxation and focus activity......I have certainly felt more pro-active and positive since using this book daily! HIghly recommend!

The kind of title which will attract many people. The book is well written and Paul McKenna comes across as a likeable individual. But, as the CD itself says, this book will not Change Your Life in Seven Days -- and probably not in 7 months. It's a good idea for a high selling book and interesting if you can spend two hours plus every day for much more than seven days. Every chapter is geared to telling you how good you are, as also is the hypnotic-type CD, but "the secret is out of the bag" in chapter four when it is effectively revealed that, after all, in the end everything depends on you developing a plan and you carrying it out, setting your own objectives and measures of success. We don't really need this book to tell us that
